Royal Palm and University location .. The owner of this place has no customer service skills what’s so ever . I dropped my car off at 7:45am to get a basic wash and vacuum. I showed up at 10am and my car was still not complete. When I questioned the owner he told me it will get done when it gets done . When replied to him he wanted to fight . Smh . How is someone like this still in business . Never again will I give this guy my business. I ended up taking the car as is not complete .

I went to the Royal Palm and University location and it was the worst service of my life. I sat there and waited outside for two hours and they still didn’t start vacuuming my car. I couldnt wait anymore because i had things to do. They charged me full price for just a wash on the outside for a 2 hour wait…..
