This is the easiest part about moving. It's nice to know that they truly look out for their customers at this location. They make it as pleasant as possible to have to have your stuff in storage during a time when its simply impossible to afford a place on your own. I just wished they weren't also increasing their prices.

Set up an online ticket 5 min before the night was over and got a call right back to go over what could be offered. I was able to call them back in the morning to go over in more details and got my unit in 5min best customer service I’ve had in Florida
