Horrible and lazy. Should have just admitted she didn’t know how to open the account properly. Instead said they couldn’t print 2 pages I’d email to her. If that is true. Wells Fargo is guilty of providing horrible customer service.

The placement of their ATM is nonsense. I've actually seen folks stop on University to walk up to it. Gotta put up a sign that tells people they could get killed in a car crash if they do that! Inconvenient at best, dangerous at worst. Haven't been inside yet.

They are horrible in there they don't know what they are doing and mess everything up. Will never use them again as a matter of fact wells Fargo Bank is just a horrible bank period
