I am not a WF Customer but my mother is. I recently had to assist her with some business on her account. We went to her local branch located at 1950 N University Drive in Coral Springs, Florida. I was greeted almost immediately by young lady at the front (wished I got her name). We were assisted by a young man named Jack G. McCartney. Jack was friendly, professional and was a pleasure dealing with. My mother is 84 years old and Jack made her feel completely at ease. Please recognize Jack for "exceeding our expectations" and performing "above and beyond" in providing premier customer service.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been here far too long and the entire bank is practically empty, full of the bank employees doing much of nothing. If you come here, expect to wait around forever. Super slow customer service. Another customer was complaining as well. Better off going somewhere else or with a new bank entirely this is not the first time this has happened.

Went to this branch for a cash deposit into my business account and my deposit went into my personal. Went back the next day to let them know about the mistake and to fix the issue but not necessarily with the intention of getting a concerned reaction cause good customer service is rare. Pleasantly surprised when Chrystal the branch manager made it a point to contact me personally and apologized for the inconvenience plus readjust fees that occurred in my business account. I dont usually write reviews but I made it a point to do this one cause now I feel comfortable enough that I have a point of contact for future help, need and to express concerns in regards to my business.
