This was the 2nd time I had been here, and I enjoyed my experience. I liked that the music was relaxing and not so loud, and I liked the videos they played; it helped pass the time since I had nothing to watch or do on my phone. I got a regular pedicure, used my own nail polish and top coat, and the young lady did a great job on my feet. The only critique I would give would be for her to focus on filing the balls of my feet longer with that cheese grater-looking thing because she was very light. Still, I could have said something, and I didn't because I am pretty shy and don't like telling professionals what to do, lol. She was precise and did a great job. My pedicure looks excellent. The price was reasonable too.

I went for the first time with Mt daughter and I had thr privilege to have Tina do my nails she did an amazing job and she also did my daughters nails with a beautiful flower on them and before we left did a flower on her toes. She is extremely wonderful and talented

Absolutely great! Friendly, respectful and great at what they do! They’re very fast too! I felt like I was in and out in no time and my nails looked amazing! I highly recommend going to allure nails and spa!

It was a Sunday normally I go to nail mall in the coral square mall but they were full. So I goggle this place saying let me try them just for today. My pedicure was amazing the lady did a great job. The guy was gonna do my nails older guy very slim. As he taking the my gel polish he’s bending my fingers like he has a attitude so I tell him he’s twisting my fingers. Automatically he gets a attitude stops doing my nails and say he’s not doing them. I explained to him that I am the customer I have right to tell you if im uncomfortable. Nobody there step in to say no worries I’ll take you. So I paid for my pedicure and eyebrows and left. The atmosphere is nice there but these nail places have to learn that customer service is a top priority. His attitude is very bad and his customer service I will never go back here.
