Dr. Renee Sheinin is a fantastic doctor! She is personable and that goes a long way when a patient wants a doctor they can trust and communicate openly with. Dr. Sheinin has guided me through some concerning processes and I am doing and feeling much better! Thank you to Dr. Sheinin and the staff!

Love Dr Sheinin is amazing , she is very patient and gives great information I feel like I have a personal relationship with her. Besides that her assistant Jen is amazing . Had great results .

I am really dissatisfied with this organization/the derm I saw. I wont drag her name here but I am not confident others at this location are better than she was .... Overall she was not thorough, was very curt with me, and quite condescending. I have several complaints. First: she did not ask me any questions about my routine, such as what current skincare products I am using etc. Why?? Second: she almost immediately suggested Accutane which I found absurd considering my acne was not severe and this is a pretty serious drug. I have a PhD and am well aware of the side effects. When I expressed my concern to her, she was very condescending and unreceptive. I am thankful that I am knowledgeable or I might have ended up taking something I did not need. Third: I asked her about possibly getting a food allergy test because I felt like my sudden acne could be related to a food sensitivity. She told me this was not the case and that was unnecessary. I went ahead and got one anyways and turns out I am allergic to egg whites which was a major cause of my acne!! Obviously I am super upset I spent any time or money at this organization. This orgniazaiton needs to seriously consider why prescriptions are their first and ONLY recommendation. Skincare should be holistic. Would NOT recommend. My skin is now clear without their assistance. UPDATE after company response: This response is a HIPPA violation - why is someone from marketing able to read my treatment notes??Second, they are lying. The derm did in fact state that I “did not need” an allergy test and no food could be causing my acne. And she would have given me Accutane that day had I not declined. I will be filing a HIPPA complaint agains this organization. 0/10 would ever recommend them.
