Worst service and the nail techs do not do a good job.It took them 3 hours to give me natural thin nails with dip powder. They tell you one price before they start and then another price at the register. The nail techs were very rude and the lady assured me they had someone who would be able to do my nails natural. No one could do it and in the three hours I was there 4 different ladies worked on my nails.

What happened to Jessie? I will only ever go there if I can’t get an appointment with Jessie. Otherwise you’ll get the worst experience ever. The owner doesn’t know how to multitask. Answers phones while doing nails and she isn’t even good at it. Walks away 20 times. Presses for only one girl to get all the appointments when she’s horrible at doing anything. Take advice and read these reviews. You all need a change.

I have been coming to this place since 2017. They are now on their third owners. The first two were good. The new owners are awful. The lady who runs the place cannot do nails. I am always anticipating someone complaining each time I go, or people just walk out. It’s very unprofessional now which is a shame. The place isn’t as clean as it was before either . The manicurist who has been doing my nails for years is the only reason I go back, and it seems now she’s slacking a little in the quality department too. I am probably going to go somewhere else (which I hate to do) because it’s pretty bad. I hope they get their act together.
