Very nasty company. I didn't know that my physician sent my blood samples to this lab. Then I received a bill from them demanding their money, and not properly explaining for what the bill was for. Only after contacting my physician, I found out they used this lab's services, and I had to pay separately to them. But Quest, instead of politely explaining what was going on, kept sending me threatening bill mails, saying to refer me to debt collectors if I don't pay. Will be more careful in the future, and make sure that my samp les won't go to this company.

I always come here to have my labs done. I showed up this morning (no appt) and they took me right back. The phlebotomist (Marlene) was beyond helpful and amazing . She was sensitive to the fact that I absolutely hate having my blood drawn and can’t look at needles going into my arm. After she was done she asked if I was ok seeing the vials of blood as she had to prep them for the lab. I cannot say enough positive things about this location . I was in and out in 10 min. The customer service here is excellent!

My partner has been through alot of lab test these past several years and each time it is a challenge coordinating resources and negotiating the best price as we pays out of pocket for much of it. Rachel S. at this location was an angel of knowledge and support. She helped up better understand what the doctor ordered and the cost saving resources at our disposal resulting in a $3,000 reduction in fees. In addition she is a fabulous phlebotomist, making my pertners experience that much more comfortable. Thank you for all your support Rachel!!!

Came in for my annual check up for my employer. I entered the room at 9:10 with a 9:15 appointment. Neither the girl at the front desk or the girl outside couldn't even greet me with a simple"hello". They then just assumed i was a walk in and threw me a walk in line. They mentioned i would be texted when ready,I explained i only had my work cell and not the number on file but she wouldn't change it for me since i had already checked in...I was then asked to wait outside in 90degree weather (which is fine with covid) but when i attempted to wait in the shade she would not let me..it took nearly 20 additional minutes for them to realize I had an appointment (they seemed so annoyed it took that long before even greeted or asked what brought me in today..) I genuinely couldn't understand why they were so rude and had no customer service skills, their attitudes made me genuinely uncomfortable. Thank God Brendy who drew my blood was very polite once i got inside. I have had many labs done with Quest and have never come across such blatant attitude. I recommend hiring a front desk staff that enjoys their job or is properly trained. There are a lot of people unemployed at the moment that would kill for their position. I hope this review is taken seriously considering I am not one easily to complain, and this was truly the impression the staff presented me with. I would normally give 2 stars for the kindness Brendy showed but the rest of the staff was that rude I cannot bear it.
