I was walking back from an appointment I had nearby when a sudden rain storm began that I definitely did not plan for. To my surprise I found this beautiful coffee shop which I've had on my list of places to try but never did. The vibe was extra cozy because of the rain. Staff was very friendly and patient as I asked questions about the menu. Ambience and my drink made for a pleasant end to what would have been an otherwise rainy afternoon. I had the chai and next time I'd like to try their salted caramel frost!

Large and busy coffee house with lots of seating. Decent coffee with friendly service. I could see it being a great place to have for those in walking distance.

I always have a great experience here, the employees remember you by name And know your order! The Chai latte is my go to and it is so good! They always have lots of pastries as well, and anytime I have had them they are good!

Yes, parking is free. The signs say 2 hour limit, but it’s never enforced. There are a few street spot available, but definitely better to park in the garage.
