This is my favorite location because whoever makes my shaken espresso always makes it perfect. I’ve been to other locations and they always mess up my drink but I’ve never had that problem here.

Half of these comments are really stupid, it’s just coffee. If coffee is held at a high value to you, please consider taking to a therapist. “Lines are too long?” Just be patient, there’s like 10 people back there making sure your dumb coffee has 6 pumps of whatever bs and not 5. “People are rude” Not everyone wakes up ready to serve annoying people all day, Being upset about your foam being melted isn’t a big deal , relax, drink your drink and move on and you’ll be a lot happier in life. People here are great and so are the drinks. That’s all you need to know

I used to go here daily for months, but recently they have been absolutely terrible. I always get the same thing, a caramel frappuccino. It's an iconic drink, you should of learned how to make it on day 1 of being hired, yet 80% of the time they screw it up. There nice about it at least but holy cow 4 out of 5 times they screw it up. Also, they have not given me back my debit card 3 TIMES. They've had to keep it overnight in 2/3 of those situations and it's extremely frustrating that their staff is so incompetent. NO, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST EVER GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS. IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT GOING HERE, DONT !!!!!!!!!
