I had a poor experience after years of taking my car here for service. I was taking the car in for tires and an oil change. I own one of the most popular hybrids in history so far. The trouble started last week when they started texting me about my tire size. I sent them a photo showing the tire size and offered some resources to use in the future so they can look it up themselves. After all, the tire size is common to many vehicles and easy to find online, in the vehicle manual, etc. Instead of ordering the tires I showed up today and they told me that they simply never did it. They were going to charge me a few hundred more than a regular tire shop anyway. So the moral of the story is. Even though I purchased the vehicle here, took it here for service several times before and it's one of the most popular vehicles on the road, Honda of Bellingham couldn't be bothered with keeping even the most basic records on it or doing even the most basic research. They didn't value my time and they were going to overcharge me in the first place. So if you're into unprofessional service at high prices then check them out. If you actually work for a living, etc. and expect some professionalism then look elsewhere.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years, this was by far, the easiest purchase I have ever made. Chris and Ashley were great. We selected a vehicle, and in just a few days, our car arrived with all of the features we requested. Chris and Ashley took care of all the details, we were in and out in minimal time. Ashley even took the time to go over all of the operating features of the car with my wife and I before we left the dealership, which was awesome! I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Passport from them, which I think puts me at 5 cars/trucks purchased from them and 3 from others in town….I have a problem. Ashley and Morocco are my favorite. Anyway, here is what I like. I filled out credit app online, we worked out our deal over text (all dealerships deal, no one just gives you lowest price possible first offer, but over text is WAY less stressful), closed deal over text and they texted when paperwork was ready. We came down, signed paperwork and left within 45 minutes. We got a little surprise “gift” when we left, which was a nice touch. Why do I keep going back to Honda of Bham? Sales is great, but the service department has NEVER let us down. Yes they have stumbled, but 100% without question made it right and took care of us very well. Throw in a smile to melt your heart from Morocco and Ashley’s genuine enthusiasm for our purchase and you have a great experience!

All the little details of professionalism, cleanliness & positive attitudes made the tedious task of researching & buying a car a lot easier. We take protecting our staff and our customers very seriously. Masks are required when inside, at all times. We have a strict sanitation schedule and all vehicles are sanitized before and after test drives and servicing, using a special sanitizer that is surface safe.

Lease arrangements usually involve a 15,000 miles-per-year cap and a charge for extra miles. If you drive very little, you may be a good candidate for a lease.
