My kids have pulled plenty of large shells out if the water.

Not the best for shells or sea glass. Occassionally, there are some pickins but best after a good storm
I would not say it was a good shell collecting beach . It was a very clean and well maintained beach .
The beach was closed when I went here in the winter, so I can't say much about that, I'm sorry.
