JULY 13, 2023 There is nothing negative to say about this beach. They cater to special needs people no matter what the disability. They have a mat on the sand so people in wheelchairs can access the beach. Sand is always extreamly clean. The police are amazing. If i could give it 100 stars I would !

Hi. The entrance to the beach on 4th Ave at Ocean Ave has the blue beach mats as well as the ramp down to the sand from the boardwalk. I would expect other entrances do as well. I rolled my cooler down the mat so I'm sure the wheelchair would be fine on the mats as well. Note that the mats stop about halfway to the water but still get you well on to the beach.

There is beachfront street parking adjacent to the pavilion. You could also park on a side street. All are nearby.
Plenty of parking parallel to the beach (and pavilion) as well as on side streets.
