This was by far THE WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!! I DON'T even know start! If I can give it minus Stars I would!!! from the rude receptionist, to the bloody towels they gave us, to the Disgusting smelly, no AC having rooms (I have pic and videos as proof)

The WORST hotel in my life. As soon as we entered to our room, we left even though we had alredy paid for the whole stay. The room was dirty, there were several used condoms on the window, and the soap on the bathroom was used. It was totally nasty. We left after 3 minutes. Stay away from this hotel, other than dirty the staff is not serious. They promised to pass my compaint to the central management and after one week I still haven’t received a reply. The hotel is NOT what it shows on the sites’ pictures!

it was not as bad as you say. when we were there, receptionist was very helpful. everything was clean and functioning properly. we were very happy with the stay

I agree it is the worst hotel I have been in the states ! Travel all my way to find a room with the view to le laundry 🤢

This hotel is rude, dirty, they don't change there sheets and I just witnessed the house keeper being lazy I never seen a house keeper checking rooms without having that rolling stand with towels,wash clothes, soap, & other accessories they go get a surprise

Hello! I'm staying here, being 1.20 hs local and there is no hot water in the whole hotel, dirty bathrooms and towels and they do not give us an answer! I could not bathe and the conditions are deplorable! In addition to that the elevator does not work well!

Agreed.Very nasty and no hot water.Couldnt even shower in the morning after sweating all night in there hot rooms with no air conditioning.

Totally agree with you, used cartoon sheets and others, they open the room even with the no disturbances sign at 11:40 pm when we were already asleep, they open the room at 8 am for no reason with the same no disturbances sign .... it is awful ! It is not about the economic but about the attention and respect for the guests!

I understand both sides. Ive had good and bad. More good than bad. Staff though is always a A+. Day and night staff.

I was have a great time in this hotel, i paid for the best room, and everything was ok.
