Do not stay at this hotel, it was disgusting. It's more like a motel than a hotel. Entrance of the hotel was not inviting at all. The elevator was gross and filthy. The room smelled musty and the air conditioning did not work. We were provided a fan because they did not have another room to give us. The carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom ceiling had mold and just nasty. You could not pay me to stay there ever again. Total disappointment. They need to invest in a total update of this facility. Again do not stay there, definitely not what was expected.

Hotel manager was very nice. Some wires got crossed but he was very nice and attempted to accommodate. Most of the staff was kind helpful and considerate. Don’t underestimate the restaurant it was a pleasure each and every time. I wish towels trash etc could’ve been done without asking on a few days stay for the price. The box breakfast underwhelmed me and the hours you could get it changed daily but this might have been one certain front desk individual who seemed to make everything a challenge. Coffee was actually really great. Room was nice, great view. Perfect location. Overall a really pleasant stay.

Words really cannot express the amount of happiness my mother and I felt while we were on our mini-vaca here at the Hampton. Roxanna and the entire staff were very accommodating! The food was decent, the room was cool for the price and a quick stay but the best part was being right on the strip. Everything was within walking distance and the beach was across the street. All of the other places on the strip were nice but for the price and location, The Hampton Inn will definitely see me again :) Rooftop Pool and The Mother's Day Brunch was nice ! Thanks to the Manager, forgot her name but she was beautiful and high spirited. The staff is awesome.

If you are expecting a Hilton standard hotel this is far from it. This is truly a 2-star hotel. Coming from a loyal Hilton honors member this was quite frankly disappointing. I have stayed in better college dorms. Pros: front desk staff and housekeeping were both very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect, 1 block from the beach, close to everything (Lincoln Rd, Espanola Way, Ocean Ave, etc.). Rooms were clean for the most part. Our king room had a mini refrigerator (which we were lucky to get because it’s based on availability) Cons: The lobby and lobby bathrooms were visibly dirty. The walls in the rooms are paper thin you can hear everything going on in the hallways, stairwells, and rooms next door. We experienced screaming, arguing, loud music, and objects being thrown at walls. The bedspread had basically two flat sheets on it...it seemed like a duvet cover with no duvet. We had to ask for an additional blanket. The “cozy hotel bed” is not a thing here if you know what I mean. The free breakfast was okay at best. Grab and go style with a plastic wrapped “bagel without a soul”, cream cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs, fruit, and a water bottle. Our family members were staying here as well and their room had a pungent cigarette smell despite being a smoke free hotel. The hotel pool had potential to be nice, lots of broken furniture and umbrellas. Used condoms in the pool bathroom. We did not realize it was spring break time when we booked this trip. I have a feeling that most of these cons were impacted by the abundance of traffic and spring breakers staying here. If you plan to come during spring break time I beg you not to bring young kids to this hotel. Coming from a couple in our mid-late 20’s who like to have fun and drink, we managed to look past the troublesome environment but for others that may not be the case.
