Great location and good front desk and cleaning service. Rooms need some fixes. Chemical smell from the cleaning is a problem. Also parking service via 3rd party is not good, park it at the lot behind the hotel, only $10 more per day. Breakfast is mediocre. For the price and location, this hotel gets 5 star.

Older style hotel, needs some upgrades. Room was clean, check-in was easy, close to restaurants & beach. Party at night and get some quiet rest when you return to your room since the hotel is away from busy area. Everything is a short walk away. You can utilize the valet parking (fee/cash) or pay for hourly parking at parking lot on the SE corner.

Very cute/small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They let us store our bags before we were able to check in and after we checked out until our flight time which was very helpful. Great location as well!

Great hotel when you want to stay in South Beach on a budget. The rooms are basic and fairly small, but it's such a good location you won't spend much time there anyway. We woke up every morning, ate their continental breakfast (hard-boiled eggs, pastries, bananas, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc.), borrowed beach towels and chairs from the hotel staff, and walked right over to the beach. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again!
