If I was able to leave no stars I would. To begin with we had booked a twin bed room. When we checked in the man in the front desk took his time to take care of us. Tired from our flight we walk to our room and we get a queen bed room. When we ask about our room the man said there was no open rooms until the next day. We check the next day and nothing no room. We asked to speak to the manager but he was never in the premises. We called the manager and he said that the next day there should be availability. At this point we are already upset. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work and we told the front desk and never sent anyone. The tv never turned on. Horrible service coming from the same receptionist. Everyone else was polite. Just in fact really disappointed. We didn’t get offered any apologies or anything for their screw up. The room was really cold due to the room not having its own thermometer. Went to ask for a min extra cover since me and my friend are sharing the bed at this point. And he gives me two fitted sheets. We where given the managers number but he didn’t help with anything.

(Update: they kicked me out and I was paying so now I don't recommend staying here. That doesn't make any sense to me if you want to extend your stay at this hotel go else where because they seem to not want to do it even if you're paying.) As soon as you walk in the lobby you know this is going to be a nice stay, you'll see what I mean when you arrive. The rooms on the third floor are really nice and you get this spectacular view of the water. The AC was nice and cold which I enjoyed, and the decor with the Bob Marley posters made me smile. Also the price was unbeatable in this area. I definitely recommend this spot If you're looking for a nice experience on Miami Beach.

The owner probably spent more money on the lobby that a single room. The rooms are completely out dated. Do not come here with a checked bag. The elevator does not work. Customer Service lacks urgency. You have to "check out" basic amenities such as hair dryer, ironing board, etc. Early check in does not exist. They ran out of clean towels and wash cloths and when i finally got one 6 hours after check in, it was damp. The website paints a pretty picture but I wont be coming here again.

The price was right but they didn't clean very well and they took a washcloth and a beach towel that were my property out of my room. Also, they had issues with the>r elevator, necessitating me to sheep my suitcase up and down a flight of stairs (I walk with a cane). On the plus side, all the receptionists were very nice.

The WORST hotel in my life. As soon as we entered to our room, we left even though we had alredy paid for the whole stay. The room was dirty, there were several used condoms on the window, and the soap on the bathroom was used. It was totally nasty. We left after 3 minutes. Stay away from this hotel, other than dirty the staff is not serious. They promised to pass my compaint to the central management and after one week I still haven’t received a reply. The hotel is NOT what it shows on the sites’ pictures!
Ask Expedia. Listen, you won't find a cheaper place in Miami beach. Now shutup, don't be cheap and complain; and enjoy a cheap room in Midbeach.
And the room 222 have a bed bugs, my husband still itching
Somehow true
I agree, I already suffered it too
Your thinking is wrong. I paid for the services they promise, IT IS A BAD HOTEL BECAUSE IT DOES NOT OFFER WHAT IT PROMISES, THEY ARE LIERS!!!

Forget this hotel, it is not good, not good. You will regret it. And the answer is yes! (yes!) for your question.
