They have the monopoly in this industry. I have no problems with Comcast. I remembered when they was Storer Cable. I'll take them over the others. I've had them all. At least I don't worry about services going out in the middle of my shows.

Did the same thing to me. And I refused to pay. Disputed. They agreed to remove and next thing you know they put it on my credit so I had to pay it so could keep credit good. I would never recommend them to any one. Ever.
Rude, disinterested service personnel. They have close to a monopoly- the consumer is helpless!
Wrong place to bring issues. Local guides do not work for Xfinity. Call them.
