I agree with Lynda. They will ask them to surrender the dog and puppies. Bring them into the shelter they will take them.

I totally doubt it. Call them for advice and they will you to surrender for adoption or tell you other ways that would be helpful to the situation. I don't think anyone is interested in getting you in trouble. Best of luck God bless you 🙏
