I got into my car to go to an appointment this morning and my car wouldn’t drive so I called Greene Ford around 10am to ask if I could tow my car to their shop and they said it was no problem. Thinking it was going to take a few days, I was contacting friends and coworkers to make sure I have rides to and from work until God knows when I would get my car back but then about 2 hours later, I got a call saying my car was ready to go. Thankfully it was an easy and simple fix but I greatly appreciate everyone’s kindness from the front receptionist, to the person that helped me find where to go to pick up my car, and to the all the guys in the service area and their efficiency during such an annoying day! Thanks everyone at Greene Ford!!

Called for service and JD hung up on me. After being rude on why I called. Maybe a blessing, if their techs are like their service Advisor. Definitely calling ford customer service about this. ___________________________________ Updated: I decided to call again talked with Steve, he took great care of me, drop my car off and the technician took care of my truck and make sure it was clean when I received it back

The Greene Ford Dealership in Gainesville, GA has the BEST Service Department; specifically Steve. We have used the dealership many times - appointments are scheduled with Steve. Steve is customer driven, kind and professional. Excellent service is the key to repeat customers. While waiting for the vehicle, I have spoken with many customers and they expressed the same thoughts - Steve is an EXCELLENT Key Member of the Greene Ford Team!

Needed my multifunction switch replaced for my mustang. Already talked to several mechanics from my old dealerships out of state to see what to expect. They all said independently 10-15 minutes labor tops. I was quoted "250 give or take" in labor alone. I proceeded to watch a video and the 10-15 minutes quoted was high balling it, as its closer to a 5 minute job tops. Bottom line this dealership is gouging on labor price I would never trust them.
