I just left Aerocare after having a very bad experience. When I scheduled my appointment to pick up my CPAP machine I was told I would need to attend a class and I was sent an email stating that if you were more than 20 minutes late they wouldn't be able to see you. I got stuck in traffic after driving an hour to get there and I was about 15-20 minutes late. I asked if I could still go into the class and they refused. They told me I would have to reschedule for a week later or waive the class (which is not what their email policy states). But if I waived the class I couldn't have the machine until the class was over. So I sat in the lobby literally five feet away from the class door, for the exact same amount of time as the class, until they decided I could have the machine. Despite telling me it wouldn't cost me anything when I first made the appointment, suddenly there would be costs. But I'm not even that bothered by the costs aspect. I've never used a CPAP before. I don't know how to use the machine I now have. To get it they made me sign something saying I waived the class but I was there trying to take the class, but they literally made me sit outside the door and wouldn't let me in. They really didn't seem to care at all whether I knew how to use the machine, as long as they made some kind of point. As the three people who were allowed to take the class left, they were all asked to give a Google review (surprise, I was not) but I decided to anyway. So if you do end up having to go here, because options in North Georgia are slim, don't be a minute late, because despite what their emails may say, they won't let you in.
