There is a dog at 1317 Patterson Dr Gainesville. The dog is starving. I feed him when I feed my animals if they are not home I have pictures of him nothing but skin and bones. Every one I talk to ask me about the starving dog.

I would take the dog. Never mind the low life's that own it. There was a dog that lived behind us that was obviously abused. Mysteriously the dog disappeared and ended up with a wonderful family.

I am afraid of retaliation. Every time I call them anonymously they show up knocking on my door. Neighbors looking at my house. I am an disabled person I do not want my home set on fire

If everyone only knew how it feels to be hungry. Look, you need to call the Animal Shelter an report this. The Animal Shelter folks will report this abused animal's owner to the law. If I was to see this poor starving DOG. I would report it myself. That poor animal will then have a chance to get medical needs an food needed to become a adopted program DOG.
