Your dog might have an allergy from the food eating find something and don't have any corn or gluten in it that's what my friend had to do change to diet it will help
It's so many thing this issue can be, don't let your paw-child suffer... Get him/her to the vet asap. It can be a simple allergy to where it lays to a detergent you use to clean it's bowls...just saying. Good luck
If its a canine get him/her on a high fat diet. Canines do not get heart disease as humans do with high fat. It helps their skin and coat. Look for 20-30% crude fat in the dry dog food
Robin I've had that issue with my dog. I use an oatmeal shampoo for him and changing his food to one without corn, wheat, etc. Wal-Mart has both.
Go to the vet.....
