Very dishonest staff. I was told I would have to get a doctor to testify in court in order to have my dog. After finding out that was false the assistant manager tries to change her words around . Not to mention my application clearly states the breed on it. Not only that the lady asked me the breed before getting my approval to run the application. Then after thinking they took my $300 holding fee tells me I have to have my dog registered. She was also rude.I was going to roll with it and take the good with the bad until I realized by the grace of God that they hadn’t yet took the $300 out of my account. Even after telling me they doubted corporate would give it back and that it would take 30 days. I’ll be using this to move in to the other apartment I was approved for with a more honest staff. Maintenance does their job but the staff lied about my apartment having a dishwasher. Also the pool is never opened. They misrepresent the apartments.

Worst place ever!!staff horrible apts is roach infested and the ladies do nothing to help you.they take there time and do no not care even tho some live in the complex. Please don’t ever have a problem because it will be a well befor it’s even looked at.

The small 1 bedroom is 450 it's basically a studio with around 515 square ft and the bigger 1 bedroom is 480 and up with about 620 square feet😊

And your Credit score is more negotiable if your other proof of income sources are sufficient enough from my understanding... you will need to prove you bring in at least three times the rent price per month of income minimum.

I've moved in two months ago. I had a issue with my a.c. but they came right away and fixed the issue. It was on a Friday night when I reported it. The guy came out that night. And the area it self is nice for the most part. I have no complaints.
