That's a good question for the store or district manager. On your receipt you can find the store manager's name. If they can't answer your question you can call the district manager. I am a customer but that's what I would do.
They are currently going through renovations. I had the same issue on Thursday of last week, and had to end up driving an hour to find my answer. When I spoke with the manager, she said in order to connect some of the wiring, some systems have to be shut down during that time, the phones being one. She apologized for any inconveniences it may have caused me - the drive and all.
It depends on what time of night, the phone mainly rings in ladies wear & Customer Service & they are mostly working on things in other departments, not hearing the phone at that point in time. Rather than in the day they have more people listening for the phone.... the Best time to call!!! I used to work there & used to man the phone.... the thing is, is that when the phone is not ringing they don't want them sitting down waiting for it.... its been mostly the problem, its either or..... I hope that this helped you understand!!! But yes do tell the DM & or the store manager, that will probably help them to be able to change it!!! πππ½
