If u help build a house will they let you live in it or will they give it to somebody else ? That is What my Best friend told me.

You have to be eligible (make enough money to pay it back) when income no more then 40000 or so. If you approved for the loan, you will have to put around 245 hours (frands and family members work hours will count too) of labour by helping build houses for other people. And finally, you will help to build your house as well. It usually takes 6-8 weeks with the help of volunteers to build the house.

This is not section 8!! They charge to much for these houses!! They have turn down 80 percent of the people I know!!!

You should call and speak to them. You have to put in many hours on different projects before you earn a house.
