I cannot give my review yet; I know when talking to customer service they were very vague in answering my questions... In reading the reviews no one has actually said they got a home... A lot have said they're hope are high about landing a home... Reading the 1 star reviews the answers from RPA seem combative. I just want to know if this works... additionally, what is the donation for? It's not a none profit company... It just doesn't seem legit.... I would be careful. BTW- I don't have to be a paying client to express how I feel about it... Finally, I never called you guys. I sent an email and the person's answers are VAGUE! How do expect to obtain business from prospective clients if you're not full disclosing your plan?

I believe this is a clever scam. Never received an apt., or a list of Apts., that work with this company. Also, they try to say, the more money you spend, the better the results. Not true. For every level up, there is the next level you need, for another fee. Apt. Locator, is free!!

Erin, Yes we are legit. Please check out the reviews of our past clients on google reviews. @Charisma, thank you for your feedback. We provide a number of services and do also have a network of guarantors. Also, clients are more than welcome to go directly to the guarantor(s), however they will end up paying 50 to 80% more. As with your case, you were given a 66% discount on the guarantor fee because you were our referred client and we have an exclusive contract with our guarantors. Since we provide our clients with a Rental Preapproval Package we can leverage that to secure an approval through many methods at a hugely discounted rate. If we provided you with good customer service, and ultimately led to your approval at a rental property I'm a bit puzzled why you would encourage customers to avoid using our company.
