We provide a number of services and do also have a network of guarantors. Also, clients are more than welcome to go directly to the guarantor(s), however they will end up paying 50 to 80% more. As with your case, you were given a 66% discount on the guarantor fee because you were our referred client and we have an exclusive contract with our guarantors. Since we provide our clients with a Rental Preapproval Package we can leverage that to secure an approval through many methods at a hugely discounted rate. If we provided you with good customer service, and ultimately led to your approval at a rental property I'm a bit puzzled why you would encourage customers to avoid using our company. I used them to get an apartment. They really act as a middle man to get tou connected to guarantors that can help. Check out rental assurance bureau who is the actual guarantor vs going thru them. Used them and just got approved for my apartment on Monday so they do what they say
