Sad to see how the system works! I guess Freedom has a price, and apparently when you are Hispanic, have no money, and no connections, you will die in jail, be discriminated against, and pay for a crime someone else did. and YES when I say someone else; I mean a white guy who is a drug dealer who was never indicted or prosecuted. Just because his national origin.

I ask that you answer the phone and give me a chance to ask my question, give you my case number, stop the deep breaths. Justice is not blind at all it has been consumed by people who do not want to be bothered.

I got a piece of paper that said denied by the appeals court. There was no explanation, nothing regarding the case and the reason the case was brought to the court was because a judge made up new laws of her own. The paper was signed by a clerk and I felt a judge should have signed the paper to show that judges were truly envolved in the case. I feel that Georgia has a big problem with there laws and there are very strange things going on. I do not believe my case was even heard by any judges and if so I want some proof. I only see by the paper work that maybe a clerk saw it. Pray that Georgia gets some help with their legal system.
