Technicians make the huge differences indeed ! It took Brian the technician to come out to my new home to properly get my gas connected and working amazingly!:) He went above the service call ! Compared to the last service call who did zelch nothing and I had issues of not being able to even use the gas properly in my house even a potentially house hazArd 🙏🏻as they supposedly did it all from outside and not checking to see if someone was at the house to check for gas leak when turning the gas service 🙏🏻 Need more technicians like Brian out there 👌👏👍 I had AGL come back out this morning and the technician Derrick was very helpful ✅👌👏

I ordered service on 9/7/22 from Stream Energy an affilate company. The service connection waa scheduled. When the guy came out I open the garage door and showed him where the furnance and water heater was located. He DID NOT light the water hwater. Now I have to pay for anplumber to come out and do what I already paid for !

Darren, my technician, was very helpful and considerate when I had concerns about a suspiciously high gas bill. He was able to find the culprit and made sure there were no leaks. Great service!

Avoid any way possible. Twice they've turned off my gas because they got the address wrong... twice! Then wouldn't come back until the next day even though it was their mistake. Nothing more than "sorry for the inconvenience." Now we've sold our house and they won't come turn it off or transfer to the new owner for a week and a half after we move because they "can't schedule for that week because of system updates." Bet if I missed a payment they'd get out to turn it off though. Horrible company with no concern for customer service. Next comes the face saving response to a bad review asking me to call to resolve. Terrible, terrible company.

I do not believe so but they do offer rebates when purchased through a approved HVAC contractor
Jeron is correct, but conditions can change between 1963 and now so they may not be at that depth now. Make sure to call 811 to have the utilities marked before you dig in your yard.
Cut your gas off and repair your line threw your local home ownership and call a Co. To repair your side walk threw home insurance
Best bet is to call a handyman service, a plumber can also do it but will most likely have a $100 min. To show up
You can call that utility location company I forget the name but there's one main company that does it
Some of them will put it on your first month bill. Try true natural gas
Call 1-800-GAS-LINE
Order a high pressure meter
