Grooming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the groomers here do such an amazing job. I also love how they remember Queso and Rosy each time we drop them off. Our dog Rosy is older and she’s a handful but we trust the groomers here. Rosy has to be picked up a certain way and they remember each time. Our dog Queso was nervous most of the time we drop him off for grooming but I believe he has warmed up to them here at Pet Supplies plus. All of the staff are kind, polite and complimentary of our fur babies. Great place for your fur fam

It was my first time at this location. I was not greeted when I walked in, but the couple that walked in after me were greeted. I found what I wanted, the store was clean. But when I checked out, the young lady looked like she'd didn't want to be there. She never offered me a bag for my purchase. And seemed put out when I asked for the receipt. Also didn't thank me or anything. I will come back here cause it's close to the house, but hopefully I don't have to encounter this young lady.

Wanted to leave a review to say I was very impressed to see the enclosure set up for the cockatiels available for adoption. I own several and I am always sad to see the birds in pitiful display boxes with few to no toys and dirty water/food bowls at other stores. The birds were in an appropriate size cage with natural light, away from high foot traffic, and had plenty of toys. The only thing they could have done better was adding various size perches and branches as it is better for their feet than just dowel rods. Seriously though A+ I was so happy to see well taken care of birbs. The employee Sky was also incredibly pleasant and nice to chat with.
