Words can not express our gratitude for having Mary Ann and Evelyn help us through such a rough time. With their hard work gave us peace of mind. I will always recommend anyone in need of great representation to call them. Thank you both again for all you have done for us.

Caring, professional, excellent communication. Mary Ann worked hard to get the best outcome for me and to keep me informed step-by-step through the process.

From the initial phone call and even after settlement, Mary Ann and her team made sure I felt secure knowing what was happening throughout my case. Her compassion, professionalism, and knowledge are beyond reproach. I was always treated with care and never felt like a "case" which, sadly, cannot be said for most other law firms. I have no doubt in my mind that I would not have reached the same results with anyone else. I highly recommend Mary Ann Morgan! Thank you to Mary Ann and Evelyn!

Questions & Answers

What if the driver who hit me in Florida was drinking?

If you’re involved in an accident and you suspect the other driver might be drinking, it’s extremely important that you relay that information at the scene to the police, make sure they take the appropriate steps to do a roadside test to make sure that the driver is sober, or, alternatively, that they take a blood test, have them transported to the hospital and have a legal blood draw done. That’s evidence that you can’t afford to lose.

What should I do if the insurance company offers me a check right away?

If you’re involved in an accident and the insurance company is very quick to offer you a check, chances are you need to decline it. Don’t ever accept anything directly from the insurance company unless you speak to a lawyer. Sometimes it may be the right amount, but we are seeing more and more insurance companies trying to get people to accept a very small amount for an accident that is worth much more than they’re offering.
