Reception was very rude to me on the phone after a miscommunication between them and another vet took place. Went to the office and spoke with vet who told me it was all in my head 🙄

The vet didn't have a scope to check for ear infection and couldn't prescribe anti-biotics. But they will sell you stuff you don't need.

Not completely sure, but they prices are really good compare to other places plus I personally like them. They care about your pets. I hope your puppy is okay. I moved here 2 years ago and I find they're prices are the best around.
