I have been going to Dr. Adkins for 2 years now for check ups and prescriptions without any problems. Now I cannot even make an appointment. I have been calling since the 15th of June at least 4 times a day or every other day without any answer . My dog needs her 6 month checkup and heart worm medication. I cannot even get her prescription because the staff is not answering the phones. Ridiculous.

First let start by making A appointment. They kept hanging up on me I called several times they put me on hold then hung up the phone called back again set an appointment for today at 11 o’clock. I got there 10 minutes before 11 they had me in a room for an hour with the temperature of 80° stains all over the furniture the doctor comes in after an hour and tells me my dog has allergies so they prescribe me to some antibiotics and sprays at the time and check out I ask for the antibiotics and the the cream that they requested for my dog then they told me they have none of the medication at the location they told me to order it off of Chewy. They made me pay $45 to see a doctor for him to say I can get the antibiotics off of chewy a total waste of money I would not recommend this place for nobody

Nobody’s allowed in the vet with their animal, and were told to sit in the car for hours at a time while waiting for our pet to be seen, my appointment was at 9 o’clock and it’s 1052 and I’m still sitting in the car waiting for my dog to come out, not to mention I have a baby in the car and I have to use the restroom, but not supposed to leave. They could’ve told me to go home and wait and they would’ve called me when they were done, wasting my time & my money

The prices are super affordable, the staff are extremely caring and listen very well to your concerns, and they are very transparent. I take all of my babies here and will continue to. Thank you so much for everything you all do!!
