No boat launching options at this time due to low lake levels. With the lake some 250 feet below capacity the launch ramp at Lime Saddle does not reach the water. Boat rental is still available but there is a long steep hike down and up the boat ramp.

Beautiful lake and the campground just for the fishing l had to search for a spot for hours. But going on from Oroville to Quincy on the 70 the beauty of the nature specialy the River is incredibly marvelous.

No convenience store, just a small place on dock that sells ice, beer, soda.
I haven't verified the actual date. But I will post it as quick as I find out. Bad news is I here tell that PGE is going to lower the level, reasons unknown. I'll keep you posted.

Yes, but the boat ramp is really, really long, because the water level is so low.
Could certainly be the reason, that area suffered from a fire 2 years ago in Paradise, is best to be safe than sorry. But it's a good for camping and fishing.

Yes kids can swim . Always have your kids wear life vest that fit properly. Even if they can swim in a pool. Make.sure they are comfortable when they can't touch bottom
Yes, you need navigation lights if piloting after dusk. You need a valid fishing license, and you need to obey marina rules if around the area.

Absolutely. Just keep in mind that it's a fair distance from the launch ramp to the edge of the no wake zone..
