They adopted out a Camp Fire rescued cat whose original owner has come forward. Why is no one replying to inquiries? I can't imagine the adopter would actually want to keep someone else's beloved pet under these circumstances!

You can buy a device online that emits a high frequency sound to deter .the barking, you can not hear it .it works from about forty feet away or more.
Well...its natural for cats to wander around! Imagine the kinds of animals wandering around at night. Maybe spray a animal deterrent around your fence! Try tractor supply
There are numerous groups assisting. The Town of Paradise Animal Shelter can accept donations as well as PASH, which roll into the Town's efforts. The North Valley Animal Disaster Group (NVADG) is the primary external group that is assisting and coordinating others helping.
