I am so disappointed in our Sunday delivery service man. If he see's a dog or even a puppy, he will not deliver your package. I think he should move to the city were everybody's dogs are lock up in a crate,

My wife and I recently bought a home here in Paradise and just moved in 3 days ago. Like so many new homes here that have had to be rebuilt it does not have a mailbox yet so our mail carrier who was extremely nice and informative gave us a card and said we would have to pick up our mail at the post office until the mail box we have ordered arrives and is put up. The women at the post office was beyond rude and acted as if us having to pick up our mail there was not her job and was a major inconvenience to here. So much for "Well welcome to Paradise" let me get your mail. She had the audacity to ask me when our mail box would be put in. Obviously her retrieving our mail is not in her job description and she won't tolerate having to do it for very long. She was beyond rude and treated me as if I was garbage. I guess I will just have to go without my mail for awhile which is hard to comprehend.

The good... The building survived the campfire. The bad... Hours are limited from 10 am to 4 pm so forget going before or after work.

You don't need to submit a form for having your mail forwarded to the downtown Chico Post Office if you live in Paradise or Magalia.. There are no boxes assigned. You have to go the call window. Please know that the lines are long, so be prepared to be there for a while.

Your mail may not fit in your box I went up yesterday my keys for my PO Box work-- it was cramped full. And I had 3 Lg packages to pick up. Just Sayin
I dont believe so, but all mail is being forwarded to the Chico post office and your friend can pick up mail & packages there.
Margaret, all mail in Paradise is being automatically forwarded to the main Post Office downtown Chico on 5th street. You can pick it up during normal business hours.

It would only be possible if it was a ups package they transferred to the postal service. All packages shipped through usps arrive in the morning and are delivered the same day.
