My husband and I + a friend went on a Saturday night, knowing it would be be busy and full of kiddos. We had fun playing games; about 5 throughout the floor were out of order, 2 more were running but broken--not fully functioning and/or not awarding tickets. We went to get drinks about 10pm and sat at the bar. It took about 10 minutes sitting there for a bartender to take our order; neither he, nor the other bartender, nor the bar back, acknowledged our presence at all until then. I was a bartender and I know what busy Saturday nights are like, but a "Be right with you guys" goes a long way. My drink was made with flat ginger ale. We decided on only 1 round. When we were ready to cash out, we politely attempted to get the now lone bartender (not the one who served us--he was now off the clock) to take our credit card for about 10 minutes, then gave up, left cash for our bill, and walked away. Really underwhelming service. I also really lament the loss of the now seemingly defunct practice of no one under 21 after 10pm. We were looking forward to taking our drinks out on the floor and gaming some more; we would have absolutely stayed longer and spent more money. I know it's a family-friendly establishment, but so are a lot of restaurant/bars out there that don't admit kids after 10; the fact that D&B is unique as an arcade is more of a reason to offer more options for more people, rather than taking away a perk that many enjoyed.

Lots of space! Clean tables and comfy. Service was great and food was hot and quick. On the floor games are fun and would be a good place for family outing ot game night.

Worst experience. Me and my friends went and we all ordered chicken tender meals for one the fries were way to salted and the chicken tenders were a joke hardly any chicken and very dry. When I tried calling the manager which I did she explained there's nothing I can do as you didn't asked or a manager in the beginning or mentioned it to our server's. " which we did by the way because our server noticed right off the bat that our two gentleman didn't even eat their food because the chicken stripes were very dry and very small and the fries were over seasoned. When I called the manager dshone she stated that this isn't the first time and that we should have asked for a manager and we did express that the food and drinks were appalling and she just smiled and said, " she's busy and has half the dinner to herself." But when I looked she didn't and when I explained to the supervisor she laughed at me and said that I needed to get a manager right away at that point which I tried and no one came up. Tell me is this worth $13.00 .

Went there this past weekend for birthday dinner and fun and let me start… i called days prior to reserve a table the manager explained what she would recommend cause it’s not exactly a reserve list went the day of did exactly that within a hour table was ready i was able to set up the decorations our host Alyssa was the best for a part of 16 we had 0 complaints food arrived in a timely manner drinks were bomb stayed on top of refills it was great the kids played afterwards it was really great great prices on packages for game tokens definitely would be back. They even had a raffle for a $100 game card just for being there. Would definitely recommend for Sunday Football Games Great atmosphere great vibes. Good drink specials.

I am not sure. Excellent question.
Masks are worn by staff and customers, seating is six feet or more apart, games are cleaned, etc...
They were open till 1am on weekends till the covid shutdowns, now its 11pm i believe
I was told yes last night.
You have to buy a card to play games. Food is expensive and takes awhile to get since its so busy. The food is ok. The drinks are really unique and not too expensive. The games are high end and they've already added more games since opening. The pool tables are the highest end pool tables I've seen in Alaska. They have 2 places to eat and have areas for very large parties (birthdays, etc). Overall it can be quite expensive, but it's really great to have a place like this on Southside.
So I just called and they said they only have a curfew for people under 21 Monday’s and tuesdays and it’s at 10
No cover charge. You buy a card for 2.00 and add credits to it, to play games.
yes
