Staff was very helpful. However cashier's were busy talking to others and never offered discount program even when I spent over $500. Poor customer service that way...

Needed a new flashlight and replace my spring assist pocket knife that was confiscated by Canada Border officer when I entered Alberta on my way to Alaska. There are no Sportsman warehouse in Texas. Not only did I find what I need and the price was great, but also went back for a pair of non-steel toe work boots. Great customer service, both trips.

I went in to buy a shotgun earlier this week. The kid who helped me out was clearly new but that's fine, I've worked retail before and I'm patient. However, when I went to check out the sling I grabbed rang up as $5 more than the sticker on the shelf said. I pointed this out, he went and looked at the shelf where there were two prices tags reflecting the cheaper price, he checked with his manager, then informed me that the tags need to be updated and the price was $5 more. I told him that's false advertising, and he just said sorry, we need to update that but this is the price. Price matching or honoring the advertised price clearly is just a gimmick there, and for spending over $400 you would think they could've adjusted the price. I won't be giving Sportsman's my business anymore. That's an illegal business practice and terrible customer service.

I haven't but could
I do not work there I am a customer and I do not know the answer to that. I would try calling the store. Thanks
If u ask the workers in the firearms section will look for it on the floor and if it's not found there they Will check their other store's inventory and also check their online store for u if u don't have the access to do so from home. I hope that this helps.
It's common practice on a African safari.
I don't know, haven't purchased any there.
