Thank you to Scott from Anchorage Tours and Transfers. My two sons and I were needing a ride from Whittier (finished a cruise here) to Anchorage. Scott was so helpful and full of information. We chose the transfer option that allowed for several stops along the way; we were not disappointed with our choice. Scott dropped us right at our hotel in Anchorage. Our transfer from Anchorage airport to the cruise terminal in Whittier was a great experience! Our guide, Jim, was very personable, quick with a fun story, and helpful with any questions the passengers had. We were delivered safely and on-time. It was raining when we arrived at the terminal, so Jim minimized our time in the rain by handling our luggage transfer details prior to us disembarking the shuttle.

We were picked up at our hotel, which was very convenient. The van was comfortable. The driver commentated on our way to Seward. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand. We had many stops and it was beautiful. The driver was prompt and made sure we got to our ship on time.

The tour guide Scoot had no idea what he was doing. Missed several stops had to make a U turns. Was more interested in talking about his hiking trips than we were seeing. The windows in the shuttle bus were so fogged up you could see nothing outside. Scott said he was doing everything he could. He had to stop and rest stop just to get paper towns to whip windshield so he could see! Not good when you are paying for a SIGHTSEEING Tour. to top it all off the shuttle bus started overheating half way through the trip. Had to stop several times to let the engine cool down. Barely made it to the airport.
