My husband ordered me a drink online to be picked up at 8:00AM. They were still not open at 8:10 AM. I tried to call the store and left a message, when I returned a few hours later my drink was separated, obviously sitting in the cooler a few hours, I asked him to make me a fresh drink, not only did he refuse but he also refused to refund me since it was an online order. He did mumble something about the opener was late. When I asked for contact information he turned his back on me. Rude young man who maybe should reconsider his career choice and find a place to work where he doesn’t have to deal with people. I have avoided this place for various reasons over the years, fingers in the cups after handing money, low quality drinks, dirty store, indifferent service etc but I always give them another chance. When I’m paying $7.25 plus tip for a 16oz drink I want a fresh drink. What an easy fix. It has been a week since I’ve contacted the main office and also the owners, think it is a franchise. No response. Never ever will I come back to this location.

Go to a different Nekter! I love Nekter and have ordered from the other MV, RSM, and Ladera location. I never had to wait 65 minutes for an online order. This location needs more staff and more training. After placing an ASAP order online (usually a 30 min wait), we still waited in the store. There were other unhappy customers waiting as well. I was annoyed because I had a cake and groceries in the car. I had to bring the cake inside bc it was a sorta hot day. Longer than usual wait for online order. I ordered 3 acai bowls and 2 out of 3 bowls were barely filled up half way with food. I asked why the PB was filled to the top and the other 2 were not. The employee said bc the PB one had "more ingredients". Other Nekters don't do that and we order the same 3 bowls at every location about 2-3x a month. Got home and the mango bowl I ordered was actually a regular banana berry bowl. I have photos to prove it. Seriously annoyed and will not return to this location. MV, RSM, and Ladera stores never have the above issues. I should have read the other bad reviews before ordering here.

Greatly improved store - I was greeted upon entry, went to pick up my mobile order - which was ready on time - and it was delicious! Friendly and efficient staff.

These women are the hardest working women I’ve seen in a long time! While waiting for my order, I witnessed a completely obnoxious customer be super rude and unreasonable. In response the staff maintained their professionalism and amazing customer service and remade her order. Personally, I would have thrown the bowl in the rude customer’s face! Just saying!
