I thank owner Nick for taking the time to personally contact me during the scheduling process. Although most scheduling issues are handled by a call center agent Nick took the time and I appreciate that level of service. With that said Maricela and Matias arrived on time and began to access the problem. Maricela immediately began to determine the level of saturation caused by my leak. Once the area in question was examined Maricela insisted on examining a bathroom on the opposite side of the leak even though the area in question had been examined to my satisfaction. Not sure if this is normal service but Maricela examined and tested EVERY location in my house where there was a water source. Yes every kitchen water source, bathroom and sink in the house. She pulled up a small piece of carpet just outside my shower and made recommendations to cure that problem. We discussed my future flooring plans and she made sure I was purchasing the correct water proof type flooring. Oh yeah, the most impressive part, she didn't charge me a dime. I want to thank Servpro, Matias and especially Maricela for their incredible level of attention, responsiveness and customer service.
