I cannot say enough about my experiences at this FedEx branch. I have found myself needing to print and ship things on a regular basis since the pandemic began, and the crew are always so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Special shout out to Nick (who is the best) and his associates Josh and Linda.

This fedex is terrible. I believe the girls name is kelsie. She's extremely rude and unhelpful. She had no idea how the tracking works, and made sure to tell me she doesn't work in customer service as a way to justify her terrible attitude. The other girl was nice. I'm definitely never going to use this fedex ever again, once they release my package to me. I'll be contacting corporate as well once I confirm her name. Her attitude must drive away 50% of potential return business. Hopefully this location isn't a franchise and is owned by corporate, if it's a franchise I feel bad for the owner as they probably won't be making much profit with such awful people representing their store. Plus she hung up on me after telling me the system is down and I can’t come pick up my package. Opposed to saying “sorry about that have a nice day”

Negative: Shipped out a few packages to different locations..labels didn’t print out correctly so was told to “trust them” they will print them out later and ship to the correct addresses. Wrong boxes to wrong addresses. Positive: the printing was perfect thank you printing part.

This FedEx location is very convenient and helpful. They have good business hours, they are located off of Alicia and Jeronimo, and they have bathrooms. They offer many services such as print, fax, package, passport pictures, self service, and shipping. Last pick up for overnight delivery is 7pm.
