The subsidiary Manheim has employees that are rude and disrespectful. They took my vehicle while I was in the hospital and when I paid the amount requested, they have refused to give me my vehicle for 5 days and now they won't let me have it until tomorrow. The whole company from the top is crooked. Do not do business with these people. They might mess over an individual that is ill and hospitalized, but they will pretend to be your best friend and then stab you in the back for fun.

The worst company to work for! Do not be fooled by the name. I started with them on 07/19 and they only trained me for 1 week. The managers and employees on the retail side is unfriendly and they do not like for you to ask them any questions even as a new employee. Their attitude is belittling! I put in my resignation after 2 months. I also have not been feeling well and confirmed that with my doctor. I called out on the 8/31/21 because I was not feeling well. I ask my manger to apply my PTO to be being sick. I had a dentist appointment on the 9/2 and the terminated my policy on the 8/31 due to what the managers did. This company does not care about their employees and it was proven to me while I was there and after leaving but, what goes around comes around. Not to mention the mangers printed out a proficiency report and my proficiency as a new employee was 92%.
