Our rug return at ESaleRugs was the easiest, most hassle-free return we've ever made. I do not understand how this question could be the result of anything this merchant could have caused. My guess is "operator error(s)." Or, perhaps, this customer is simply setting the stage for a late-return attempt.

I wish I had some good advice. I ordered a rug that I had a problem with and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. It's a shame. I need more rugs but will not order from them. Need to try to find somebody else to buy from
