I went in for my 1st mammogram 6/2022. I went in and waited about 5 mins before I was called in for registering. I had already given all my ins info over the phone when making my appointment. my cards were copied, my info was all updated and i was called back before I could even open my book to read a chapter. The tech was very kind and helped me stay calm through the exam. She was very talkative an very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Will most f=def be going back here next year.

Be prepared to be ignored the moment you walk in. I sat there waiting for over 30 minutes then finally asked why they haven't called me or acknowledge I was there as a patient (I signed in on their clipboard). The office had one other patient waiting to be acknowledged as well. I sat there another 30 minutes before they finally called me back. Save yourself time find another office to have imagining done.

The Peidmont Medical business office/billing starts hounding you for payment within 21 days of billing. No one ever called me back about what my charges were( Jerry)for over 3 wks. No one could explain them.

My surgeon had ordered a CT scan of my abdomen and chose this place because it was convenient. Baxter Imaging was unable to perform the scan because my insurance company requires a third party verification and that had not been done. My complaint is they seemed inept and needed supervisory assistance to work the process. Fortunately I was able to use Carolina’s Imaging and my CT scan showed I had a burst appendix. I had successful surgery and all is well. I do not recommend Baxter Imaging as they did not seem to be competent in their ability to handle a rather simple situation. I made a few phone calls to Cigna and all was resolved. This situation could have been extremely serious and I would not want someone else to have a unfortunate outcome because Baxter Imaging can’t do simple tasks. I would not recommend them to anyone.
