I have purchased multiple rugs from this company and have been super pleased with them! Customer service is great and I love that I can actually speak to a person. Once- I found a cheaper price on a rug right after I made a purchase and they refunded me the difference immediately. Another time I had to return a hallway rug that didn’t fit our space and it was super easy and free to return. The other rugs I have ordered in the past and kept have been great quality even years later and shipping is always fast and free! My last purchase is pictured and as you can see- even our puppy is in love with it! I only purchase from this company now after all of my positive experiences with them.

Stay away from eSaleRugs.com Worst experience with any company till date. Here are the problems I have faced and the customer service is pretty useless to resolve anything apart from a standard "we are sorry for your inconvenience". 1) I ordered and was promised a two day delivery. The rug arrived in 5 days even when I LIVE IN THE SAME TOWN. 2) I called customer service to ask for order status and they didn't know nor could they track. 3) after waiting for 4 days and after 4 calls (one being over an hour of wait time), I gave them a call again and they said it was delivered. What? Of course it wasn't delivered. 4) I get the delivery a day later in my driveway. No email/ text/ nothing about my delivery. No intimation whatsoever. You know how many intimations I received from them? Zero. I am glad I had noted the Order ID at the time of placing the order. 5) order status link on their website doesn't work at all. It just cannot find the order ID. Lol! 6) the Rug came in a badly folded condition with long creases/ wrinkles all over it. Please see pictures. It's not like its a sheet that I can iron out the creases. 7) the rug is thinner than advertised. overall a bad experience. I cannot ever recommend this company or it's products to anyone else. Please buy elsewhere. They are just not worth the time,Oney or effort.

1) Normal prices are good, but when we had to replace a rug, the price was way higher. 2) Shipping info is just plain wrong. You say 'shipped', but it sits there for days, going nowhere. 3) Now we're flooded with junk emails, after unsubscribing twice. 4) The replacement rug is supposed to be the same, but the colors don't match. 5) Customer service is utterly useless. They will argue all day long, but do nothing.

Low quality rugs, I guess you get what you pay for. Ordered three rugs and they all looked different from the photo.

Unfortunately, with the thinner runners in this design - the length is shorter. Our rug return at ESaleRugs was the easiest, most hassle-free return we've ever made. I do not understand how this question could be the result of anything this merchant could have caused. My guess is "operator error(s)." Or, perhaps, this customer is simply setting the stage for a late-return attempt.
