I want to know when and how long does it take for you to get a bill in the mail .???? And is there a number to call so I can speak to someone in regards to this question ?????

That will not help don't call the crossings because they are not able to answer questions like that. Call NY toll by mail, they can tell you if you han anything outstanding. Also it takes about 3 weeks to get a bill in the mail. It takes about 90 days for the bill to go into default. If you have 3 or more outstanding Bill's in default then your vehicle registration gets suspended.

Go to the website of bridges, tunnels to new york city. There are toll listings for each crossing.
