No. If you have no coverage, will enroll you in Medicaid/Medicare/whatever vehicle they are using in New York State for homeless to access medical care. Saint Christophers in is technically a homeless shelter; they do except insured clients, but their primary purpose is to service those in need. If you call admissions they will explain all the requirements to you. Good luck
