This place is ok...if you want to give up 6 months of your life, and let your bills pile up, loose a good credit rating, and sit around going nuts. I choose to leave within my first 2 weeks. I found another program in North Carolina that is only 90 days long, and far better. The facility that I'm going to is also faith based...and you can hold a daytime job as well. Some people may need long term help, in my situation...it's relapse prevention. Another plus is...I get to relocate to North Carolina. I've had enough of South Carolina, I have family in North Carolina also...I will be an overcomer, just not one of Miracle Hills.

No there isnt " extensive" aftercare.The only aftercare is transitional housing
Its $95 I believe for the program but it may be waived depending on your interview
Typically the best thing for you to do is to keep trying until you talk to someone.
Visiting hours are Sat 1-5 pm AFTER the first month( preprogram level) NO suggestive pics are allowed,period.
Yes...they are reasonable...pics are valuable to the Overcomers.
Thank you so much for your quick reply. Any idea how long? As you know, the window of opportunity closes very quickly for an addict to seek help. We've had it happen before...get him all the way ready to go for help...and with a 30 day wait on a bed in the large city we were living, he changed his mind. I'll call Monday to see.
Sometimes there is a wait...Be patient it is worth the wait. There are beds available...usuallythe program is free...$85 program fee...t
